WARM and FIRM

I pursued a major of Social Welfare in University.While I was studying this major, I learned about the concept of "warm and firm". Since then, I believe that this concept can be applied to anything. This concept applies especially, for teachers, as I believe that teachers should be warm and firm to their students. As a teacher, I am still learning new things to improve myself. I've learned to ensure that a teacher should avoid complacency, and should be consistent with the requests to the students and be seen as a role model in the eyes of their students. Don't forget that, as teachers, we are role models and bad habits will be picked up by the students. They will learn from you all the time.
