some countries in the world people are really not embarrased about using English even if their englishis bad. filipin is a good example. south america is other good example. people speak E like everywhere its their second language. their e is not perfect. they just dont care, because of that, that is very easy to communicate them with Englsih. they just dont care even if their e is bad. the filipin is very uneducated country. very poor. most people dont finish high school. but they speak English really easily. and I think it because so many people around them speak E. They learn it from young age. but Korea is opposite case. people study English. very educated but the embarrased fator dont be able to use English.they speak better. I would imagine they probably cant e. probably cant e reading and writing very well.they are not educated type....reading and writing something really hard study. speaking is something have to do . very different skills in English, how comfortable they feel. they need to be able to use it, and to practice it in daily life.-- even like in Korea, I've met a few studensts who acquired good english because their job requires them to work with foreigners everyday- some of them they are adults who didnt study abroad. they have chance to practice their level really increased. I wish that is so easy for everyone.
